以前見たハラビロカマキリがクマゼミを捕らえて食べている写真だ。

酔芙蓉の木でクマゼミが捕まった。

カマキリは獰猛な狩人だと実感した次第だ。

8月21日に見かけたハンティング場面だ。
まだ羽が伸びていないから成虫の一歩手前の幼虫だ。
自分よりも大きそうなアブラゼミを捕らえ、食べている。
